Payment

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following two exceptions:

1. Payment can be made by any method specified on the website homepage. For information about secure online ordering see Privacy Notice.
2. Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
3. The goods remain the property of China Direct Line Ltd until your payment has paid in full. If you fail to pay us any sum due pursuant to this agreement, we reserve the right to claim interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at the annual rate of 8% above the national base rate from the due date for payment accruing on a daily basis until payment is made.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. China Direct Line Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. 
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us

Terms

Warranty 
Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a minimum of one year. We advise that chrome and polished wheels are not used during the winter months October to February, if used during this period warranty is void. All our ex-display products carry no warranty or guarantee.
The manufacturer must establish liability in order for China Direct Line Ltd to warrant products. We would ask customers to understand the need for proper examination by the manufacturer before establishing liability. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Parts Support 
The manufacturer must establish liability in order for China Direct Line Ltd to offer service and parts support in spite of warranty expired products until model of product exhausted.

Cancellation Rights 
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee, In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods.
Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with our 7 day money back guarantee. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund.
The product is unsuitable, every order is checked. If there is a problem with your order then you will be contacted by an advisor. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
To cancel, you must inform us by written information (see contact us for details) within seven days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) may be returned to China Direct Line Ltd (see contact us for details), unused in its original packaging or similar packaging, together with the sale receipt or we can arrange collection at the cost to the consumer. You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within seven days of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner. Non faulty goods returned to us. There is a 15% restocking charge that are not being exchanged and are not damaged and will only be accepted at our discretion. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Please note: We do not refund shipping costs that you pay on returned items. Please note: We are responsible for items delivered in 6 working days if you needed them sooner.
