Internal Sizes of the Mounting Plate 444mm Wide x 360mm High x  50mm Deep.(We Also Make 63mm Deep)

You will find the VESA fixings on the back of a Monitor or TV, there is generally 4 holes on either 75mm or 100mm centers,
