On offer here is a solid oak chest on chest of Drawers dating to the georgian period of the 18th century

Made of solid oak, this fabulous chest stands on ogee bracket legs supporting a chest of 3 deep drawers with further chest of 2 short drawers over 3 deep drawers below . Good brass swan neck  handles on oval escutcehons  to drawer centres . The drawers are all of dovetail joint construction and have solid linings. The upper chest has a flared edge pelmet atop. The chest breaks down into 2 chest for ease of movement and transportation.

Of very solid condition the chest is offered in a  good but well used condition commensurate for age. The item is old so do not expect it be 'as new'. Solid in joint and free of worm ready to use, polished and ready to place in situ. Some drawer fronts have been replaced along with some drawer linings though given the age its unsurprising and is reflected in the price. Slight warp to bottom chest upright top right corner though not detrimental and again minor given age.
