100% Authentic: I do not sell counterfeits or fakes!  Please read my history of positive feedbacks, as you will see I am an honest EBay Powerseller with lots of happy customers.  BUYER BEWARE – there are a lot of dishonest Sellers out there!  Always read a Sellers feedback rating before bidding/buying!

Low Price:  Don’t let the low price fool you!  I start my items out with a low price to save on EBay listing fees, but most of my items are high-end designer name brand couture, so the starting price is in no way a reflection of how much my items are usually worth! 

Buy it Now:  If you do not see a Buy It Now and are too anxious to wait the auction out then email me and I may be willing to accept a “decent” offer (decent = a price usually more then starting price).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Condition:  I have done my best to describe my items and reveal the material condition but there are times I may miss something.  Please email the same day that you receive the item if you see something wrong. 

No Return Policy:  Please email me if you have any questions or want additional photos because unless the item is grossly misrepresented, I will not accept returns and items will be sold “as is”. 

Shipping:  Winning bidder must add listed price for shipping costs and extra for insurance if desired.  For all items that sell for over $199 insurance will be required.  I will not be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise on uninsured items.  I only ship to confirmed addresses with PayPal, please don’t ask me to send your items anywhere else other then to the address listed with PayPal.

Combined Shipping:  I do combine shipping cost for multiple items won, please add an additional $2.00 for each additional item - unless it is shoes then it will be half price shipping for the second pair. I only do Pay Pal Click & Ship to confirmed addresses, so please make sure your address is updated with Pay Pal before I ship.

International Shipping:  The cost is $25.00 for anywhere in the world.  And $5.00 extra for each additional item won on combined orders, except shoes which is half price shipping for the second pair.   Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the Buyers responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.  These charges are normally collect by the delivering freight/shipping company or when you pick up your item – do not confuse these charges as additional shipping charges!

Shipping Time: I only sell on EBay to supplement my income.  I do have a “real” job and work full-time, therefore I only ship on my days off (which are sometimes few and far between) so if you want to bid on my stuff you must be patient as to when to expect to receive your item.  Please allow at least 10 Days after cleared payment!!!  If you need to have the item immediately, please email me and I “may” be able to make a special trip to the post office, but I cannot always guarantee this. 

Paying:  Payment is due within 24 hours of auctions end. If you need more time to pay, please email me and let me know when you intend to pay, and I would be more that happy to allow you more time. I prefer PAYPAL but will also accept other forms of payment in certain circumstances.

Non-Paying Bidders:  If you don’t intend to pay, please don’t bid!  I do not tolerate non-paying bidders and will file a dispute with EBay and issue an unpaid strike against you if payment is not received in a timely manner.  Remember – 3 Strikes and your OUT!  EBay kicks you off!
