This is an 18ct white gold natural Diamond and natural Sapphire 'y' shape necklace.  This is a bespoke piece and is set with pear shape pink sapphires, princess cut white sapphires and round cut diamonds.  The necklace has an adjuster and can be worn at either 16" or 18".

Sapphire weight is 3.25ct

Diamond weight is 0.28ct
