18ct yellow gold double heart shaped ring 

The top of the ring is in a double heart design

Set with 1 small round ceylon sapphire approx 3mm in diameter and a small round red ruby approx 3mm in diameter

Surrounding the sapphire and ruby, the ring is beautifully decorated with small natural pearls

The pearls measure from 0.5 to 1.5 mm round

All the stones are set into an 18ct yellow gold setting

750 18ct gold

Weight 3.1 grams

English ring size P 1/2

American ring size 8.0

Top size approx 1.9 x 1.6 cm

The ring is used but still in great condition
