This is the high value of the set.  The five yellowish green of Wei-Hai-Wei, situated in Anhwei Province on the Yangtzee River, opened as a "Treaty Port" in 1876.

Stamp is rare in this very fine, unused condition with full yellow green color.  It is hinged with full gum and exceptionally well centered.

Listed in Stanley Gibbons China edition as Wei-Hai-Wei #4.  It is valued over 100 British Pounds or approx. $200.00 (Chan LWH-4).
