Domestic Shipping: Most domestic packages will arrive within 3-14 days after shipment depending on the location, carrier and the shipping method.

• Claims for lost packages cannot be filed until 30 days have passed.
• If you need guaranteed delivery by a specific date, please contact me for a quote that includes a guaranteed delivery date (example ~ Express Mail, or Fedex 2 & 3 day delivery services).
• Shipments to P.O. Boxes may incur additional charges. (because I normally ship my heavy items vis Fedex).
• Packages will ship via USPS first class mail, priority mail, or Fedex Ground depending on the weight, size, and contents of the package.
• Sorry but I no longer use UPS services.

By making a purchase from me you agree to allow 30 days for your package to be delivered. Lost packages are very rare, but I ask that if it occurs you work with me to resolve the issue.

International Shipping: Average transit times are 10-20 days, but can take longer. During the holiday season transit times of 6 weeks are not uncommon.

• Claims for lost packages cannot be filed until 45 days have passed
• If your package has not been delivered by that time, I can declare it lost and get a refund or replacement for you.
• If you require faster delivery or need an in-transit tracking number, please ask for a shipping quote for USPS Express Mail.
• The buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• I cannot falsify customs forms, as it illegal to do so - Falsifying a government document carries a penalty of 5 years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine per occurrence

Please understand that once I give your package to the postal service, I have no control over how the postal service routes your package or how long customs lets the package sit before they clear it for delivery. Usually a call to your local post office or customs office will explain any delays. If you require a U.S. customs number please contact me and I will be happy to forward it to you.

Combined Shipping: I'm happy to combine shipping for you on multiple purchases to save you money

• I do require that all items must be paid for via a single payment.. A single payment helps me keep my handling cost low - which in turn allows me to pass the savings on to you.
• If separate payments are made, the full shipping charge for each item will apply.
