I have owned this picture for over 20 years and probably bought it at an antiques auction. It is a pencil drawing of what appears to be a church or turret and is signed Eva Downes, May 12th 1893. The gilt frame is 12" x 10".

All items come from a smoke and pet free home and are described to the best of my ability.
