Feet of Fines are records showing the transfer of land and property. Also known as final concords, this was a means of settling a dispute, commonly with the purpose of conveying real property. The 'foot' was the copy of the agreement filed centrally, the others being kept by the two parties.
 This volume contains lists of the Feet of Fines for the period 1189 to 1485.

240 Pages plus a 63 page index of persons and places.

Condition
A solid binding with slight wear and some colour fading, pages are clean, all complete.

Size is 9 by 5¾ inches
