A c 1885 finely detailed pair of prints from engraving :- Both entitled

' PRIMATES '

The first showing :- Semnopithecus Nasalis - Proboscis Monkey : Ateles Paniscus Coaita : Troglodytes Gorilla - Gorilla

The second, showing :- Mycetes Seniculus - Red Howler : Cebus Fatuellus - Brown Capuchin : Callithrix Sciurea - Squirrel Monkey : Hapale Jacchus - Common Marmozet ( marmoset )

Each is in good condition, on good quality paper with a blank reverse.

Each measures 205 x 130 mm ( 8 x 5 " ) approx. plus borders.
