An original (i.e.from the date given and not a later reprint) 1883 and nicely finished, and lightly tinted lithographic print, entitled :-
HUMAN BONE STRUCTURE
Each sketch (there are three) is lettered and the corresponding name printed at the foot of the print - they are:-
Section lower extremity of Tibia, showing cancellated bone structure
Section Parallel to surface of Femur, magnified after Kolliker 100 diameters
Transverse section from Humerus, magnified 150 Diameters
The print measures 220 x 150 mm ( 8.5 x 6 " ) approx. . It is on good quality card with a blank reverse.There are a few handling marks which is a feature of items of great age. This print which is over 120 years old, would look superb mounted ( or matted ) and framed. Please email me if more information is required
