The only way to have tracking # for international shipping is to use Express Mail. You must notify us with any grievance within 48 hours of receipt of your item. Buyer must pay for return shipping costs. But we will completely refund, including shipping costs if we misrepresented the item in error. No restocking fee if it is our error or misrepresentation of the item that warrants the retun. Any grievance reported more than 48 hours after receipt of item will have to be discussed between us and if we do not agree with the grievance or if a refund is forced upon us you must pay all shipping costs.
