You are bidding on a used 1880 - 1883 Queen Victoria 2½d PENNY BLUE stamp, as illustrated in scan.
The plate number is 23 & the corner letters are B H B H.
There is a none inverted imperial crown watermark on the back.
The stamp is a surface printed issue, used and doesn't appear to have been hinged.
The stamp in the scan is what you will actually receive, so please view the stamp before you bid.
