An original 1871 print of "The New Reredos in the Church of St Mary Redcliff , Bristol, --- Mr George Godwin Architect" .

Good dark image which would look great framed. This sheet is approx. 13 x 8.5 inches (33 x 21 cm ), in good condition with a blank back . This print was published in a Dec 30th 1871 edition of "The Builder. An Illustrated Weekly Magazine for the Architect, Engineer, Archaeologist, Constructor, Sanitary Reformer and Art-Lover" .

St Mary Redcliffe is a large Anglican parish church located in the Redcliffe district of the English port city of Bristol, close to the city centre. The church is Grade I listed, the tallest building in Bristol, and the second tallest parish church in the country after St James in Louth. The church was described by Queen Elizabeth I as "the fairest, goodliest, and most famous parish church in England.".
