This is an antique deed of Reconveyance drawn up in the Reign of Queen Victoria and being 137 years old.
It records a transaction between Richard Francis Hay of Lyme Regis in the County of Dorset Surgeon and Ellen Hay his wife of the one part of the one part and Richard Walter of West Pulford in the county of Devon of the other part.
Recording the Reconveyance of Lands and hereditaments in the parishes of West Pulford and Sutcombe in the County of Devon .
