This is an antique deed of Covenant drawn up in the Reign of Queen Victoria and being 141 years old.
It records a transaction between Charles Sturges of Honduras Terrace Commercial Road East in the County of Middlesex of the one part and William Morrison of Gretton Terrace Green Street Bethnal Green Furniture Dealer of the other part.
Recording the Covenant of 2 messuages erected on a parcel of ground being nos 8 and 122 Lucas Street Stepney in the County of Middlesex.
