Two antique documents drawn up in the Reign of Queen Victoria and being 146 years old.
Being documents concerning the taking and issuing of oath with respect to the acknowledgments of deeds by married women pursuant to an Act passed in the Fourth year of the Reign of his late Majesty King William IV intituled "An Act for the Abolition of Fines and Recoveries and for the Substitution of more simple Modes of Assurance".
Documents signed by the Commisioners at Monmouth John Leach Nicholas and James Gilbert George
Relating to Ann Trehern wife of George Trehern of Monmouth in the County of Monmouth giving up her interest in estates in transfer to a John Hughes.
