The author John Collis Nesbit 1818-1862 was a noted agricultural chemist and writer of other works on chemistry.
This work contains his lectures delivered at farmers meetings and agricultural meetings in the early 1850s, and includes his study on Peruvian Guano, it's history composition, fertilising qualities and mode of application to the soil.
128 Pages in total.

CONDITION
Original publishers binding, worn with some stains, pages are clean, all complete.
