 DESCRIPTION........................................

An original hand coloured 1855 (i.e. - from the date given and not a later reprint), finely detailed print from wood engraving -

It is Untitled, but carries the names of the birds printed at the foot of the engraving - They are :-

Great Sea Eagle, Golden Eagle, Small Cape Eagle, Wedge Tailed Eagle

The print measures 205 x 120 mm ( 8 x 4.75 " ) approx. plus titled borders and is in fair condition, apart from some age browning and foxing (brown spotting) - see scan

It is on good quality paper with a blank reverse.

This print would look wonderful mounted and framed. Please email me if more detail is required.
