It records a transaction between William Walter of West Pulford in the County of Devon Yeoman of the one part and William May of East Pulford in the said county of the other part.
Recording the Mortgage in Fee of Premises in West Pulford parts of North Silworthy being part of Church Town Barton. With a schedule of field names and acreage
signed by Walters and May.
