8vo.56pp. Complete with a folding map and 28 engraved plates depicting landmarks of Dublin, including the General Post Office which was later to gain notoriety during the 1916 Easter Rising. Original publisher's green cloth, gilt. Rubbed and soiled, bumping to corners. Lightly marked and spotted, mostly to margins and versos of plates, throughout. Each plate with paper interleaving. Front hinge straining, with some cracking to first three signatures, protruding slightly from text block. From the Architectural library of H.M. Colvin, without any markings to that end.
