It records a transaction between John Richards of Laxhore in the County of Devon Husbandman of the one part and Richard Crick of Brendon in the county of Devon Yeoman of the other part.
Recording the appointment of 2 dwellinghouses with orchards and land called the Hophay at Laxhore.
