A very fine used four margin example from plate 6 lettered II, cancelled fine red cross with SOLID CENTRE of a type associated with Welshpool. Red solid centre known in particular from Havant and Cupar Fife. Most attractive, no faults, expertised on reverse. Catalogued (2006) £4,000.
