An 1835 indenture regarding the assignment of a house and land in the parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch, Middlesex. The persons involved are George Lunson of Devonshire Street Queen Square on the first part and William Taylor of William Street Strand on the other part. Where Mr. Lunson assigns the property to Mr. Taylor. The property is No.20 Huntingdon Street and an extensive description of boundaries is described with reference to measurements, directions and owners of adjoining premises. Further details are given about the persons involved, their legal obligations and the terms of the assignment. It also recites a large part of a previous indenture dated 1797, where it notes that the building (No.20) was newly built.
