1832 Antique Indenture WAKEFIELD YORK Davis > Rishworth.
This is an antique deed of appointment drawn up in the Reign of King William IV and being 176 years old.
It records a transaction between Thomas Rishworth of Chichester Place Battle Bridge Middlesex of the first part William davis of Great Ormond Street in the Parish of Saint Georges Bloomsbury Middlesex of the second part and Richard Rishworth of Bayswater in the Parish of Kensington Artist of the third part.

Reference to farm estates and lands in Alverthorpe in the Parish of Wakefield in the county of York purchased from the Late Earl of Strafford.
