The Rev Dr Alexander Crombie 1762-1840 was a Scottish Presbyterian minister, schoolmaster, philosopher and writer on philosophy, education and Latin grammar.
This slim volume is a work of exercises for Latin composition chiefly extracted from Latin classics was written to accompany the authors Gymnasium, a work intended to assist the classical student to attain a correct Latin prose style.

Condition
