IT CAN BE IDENTIFIED BY A SMALL TINE ON THE OUTER/UPPER LOOP OF THE 3 ( IN DATE ), LARGE LETTER REVERSE ( UMMISTAKABLE ), STARS DRAWN TO THE OBVERSE EDGE, 1st LINE OF STRIPE #4 EXTENDS WELL BELOW SHIELD, REVERSE LETTER POSITIONING OF " M " & " E " IN " AMERICA ". NGC/PCGS CURRENTLY HAS AN ASTONISHINGLY GRADED POPULATION OF ONLY 8 SIMILAR COIN. OVERTON STATES THAT ONLY 31-80 SPECIMENS HAVE EVER BEEN KNOWN.
