1820 Antique Indenture PUTFORD DEVON Walter > Sangwin.

This is an antique deed of lease drawn up in the Reign of King George IV and being 188 years old.

It records a transaction between John Walter of the Parish of West Putford in the County of Devon of the one part and John Sangwin of West Putford Blacksmith of the other part.

Recording the lease of lands called Church Park being part and parcel of the Barton of Church Town in West Putford.

This is a nice document and easy to read throughout -  - with 1 red wax seal and 1 escutcheoned revenue stamps. The size is 28 inches by 30 inches on one sheet of parchment -
