1816 Antique Indenture LEWISHAM KENT Theakston > Fidler.

This is an antique deed of lease drawn up in the Reign of King George III and being 192 years old.

It records a transaction between George Theakston of Church Street in the Parish of Christchurch in the county of Surrey Gentleman and Joseph Fidler of Peckham in the said County .

Recording the lease of lands situate on Rushey Green in the Parish of Lewisham in the county of Kent.

This is a nice document and easy to read throughout - storage wear to one outer fold - with 2 red wax seals and 1 escutcheoned revenue stamps. The size is 24 inches by 18 inches on one sheet of parchment -
