Returns allowed ONLY if item is NOT as pictured or described.  You may return it for the full purchase price ONLY if you notify us within 2 days of receipt of the item. Buyer remorse is not an acceptable reason for return. Shipping $ cannot be returned (Those $ are already spent). Any damage in shipment must be worked out with the shipper. We will get involved and help if at all possible.  But the Shipper will need to see the damage and usually has strict policies about covering damages (this includes USPS).  This is why the shipper must be involved first in the process.  We will insure any item that you elect to have me insure (where shipping is not marked as required or unless marked included in shipping). We take every precaution in packing to minimize the risk of damage during shipment for your product.  We want you to get the item as pictured and be happy with your purchase.
