THIS 2-SHEET VELLUM INDENTURE STARTS WITH AN ELABORATE "THIS INDENTURE" INSIDE WHICH IS PRINTED
"SOLD BY W. & G.H.WITHERBY, BIRCHIN LANE".
IT IS BETWEEN THOMAS STUBBS of WESTMORELAND PLACE, CITY ROAD, MIDDLESEX of the first part and HENRY LEROUX, a surveyor of CANONBURY LANE
of the other part.
THE DOCUMENT CONCERNS PROPERTY IN THE PARISH OF ST. MARY ISLINGTON AND MENTION IS MADE OF THE EARL OF NORTHAMPTON AS WELL AS A "NEW INTENDED SQUARE DESIGNED TO BE CALLED CANONBURY SQUARE".
There is also a small plan of the property.

FOR THIS THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL BLUE REVENUE STAMP AND TWO MORE RED WAX SEALS.
Size. The document is approx. 28" wide x 22" high. Condition. The outermost folded portion is dustmarked but internally it is in excellent condition with the usual folding creases. Payment. I am happy to accept personal cheques in sterling, euros or US dollars but will wait for them to clear before posting goods. Paypal also accepted but only in sterling.
Shipping. In addition to bid price, the buyer will also pay £2.50 uninsured postage and packing to the UK and £5 to other destinations.
