We have daily Royal Mail collections and try to post all items by the next working day.
We do not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the post. We are happy to assist with any claims for loss, this will be 15 working days after the item should have arrived.
All items returned to us by Royal Mail that have not been collected will only be resent upon receipt of additional postage cost.

We are happy to exchange or refund any item, these must be returned in there original postal packaging and undamaged. We will refund the price of the item only and not any postage paid.
