18" Parabolic Radar Dish

Manufactured by (or for) Thorn EMI

 

This item is a very interesting find.  An 18" parabolic radar dish with 'baffles' that appear to be designed such that an additional 'lobe' is created in the vertical radiation pattern.  We do not have any specifications or measurement data, what you see is what you get!  It's a fascinating collectors item, which may also be useful for amateur radio purposes.  Very light aluminium construction, presumably for airborne application.  Finished in black.

NEW (old stock) in excellent condition as shown below.
