    We only dispatch goods when we are in receipt of payment in full.

    Where dispatches involve the Royal Mail we respectfully remind you that we are not responsible for your goods once they have entered the postal system. All our mailings are franked and carry our I.D. We obtain certificates of posting for all of our Royal Mail dispatches. This proves that we have dispatched your goods and they are in the possession of the Royal Mail. Most parcels are delivered problem free. However should you experience failure due to loss or damage we will on your behalf initiate a claim for reimbursement. You should be aware that the Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost for 14 days from posting date for the UK and 30 days for the rest of the world. Should we need to claim on your behalf we will refund you only when the Royal Mail settles the claim? This can take anything from 3-6 weeks. We would also advise you that Royal Mail will more than likely contact you as well as us requesting details of your claim to clarify it.
  • Multi Purchases:
    If you are ordering more than 1 item we are happy to combine the postage in order to save you money. Before you pay please e-mail us so that we send you a revised invoice BEFORE you make payment. We are not able to refund you for p&p if you pay for multiple items and then decide to request combined item p&p
    We are in the business of selling our products not making money from postage. Our postage charge reflects the cost of postage dependant upon service level, packing and coverage of selling fees; this is why it will always be slightly higher than the franked cost you see on your parcel.

Return policy

Goods must be returned in their original packaging unused and in perfect condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged in the event of any return. You should obtain a certificate of proof of posting if you are returning goods by Royal Mail. (We regret that a refund can only be provided for items received back by us) If you would like us to arrange collection of heavy goods - (over 1kg up to 30kg) there is a £12 charge per parcel to do so. Or you may arrange a carrier at your own expense.
