The hair is ready to wear instantly out of the packaging as the clip(s) are already attached to the piece(s).

Our standard streak set is comprised of 6 streaks, each 1.5" wide with a secure clip attached.

We only use clips of exceptional quality which measure approximately 1" in width and have a silicone strip to prevent any slippages. They are the most comfortable clips to wear as in that you will not notice they are even in your head once secured.

SPECIAL NOTE: All hair items that we sell are measured to their minimum length, however each length is approximately 1" to 1.5" longer than stated in the item descriptions of all our listings. e.g. 18" hair will be approximately 19" to 19.5" long, 20" hair would be 21" to 21.5" long, etc...

Similar 18" lengths on sale in the eBay marketplace are advertised as 19" and even 20" in some cases, instead of 18". This is common with all lengths of varying sizes. This is usually advertised as a longer length for marketing purposes. However we have chosen to advertise the hair as they come described by the manufacturers. Hope this helps to clarify and assure you of the quality of hair that you are purchasing.

Postage & Packaging

PLEASE NOTE: The postage and packing is FREE! (For UK customers only)

All items that are in stock are posted within 3 days of cleared payment. However 90% of our items are sent out within 24 hours. All items are sent by Royal Mail.

If a tracking number is required then please pay for the optional insurance when purchasing the item. Using the insurance option, items are then sent via 1st class recorded delivery a tracking number is obtained. Proof of postage is always obtained and retained for our records.

Payment Details

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Please note that if you live outside the UK we will not accept any other form of payment except via PayPal.

If paying via postal order or cheque (for UK Customers Only), please ensure that your eBay ID, the item number, and your valid email address on the reverse.

Please ensure that payment is made within 5 days of the auction ending. Payment must clear before the item is dispatched.

Returns Policy

In line with our core values, we have a strong belief that internet shopping should be simple and safe, moreover a pleasant experience. If our product is faulty or does not meet the description in the listing we would be happy to offer an exchange or a full refund. All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and must be in a resalable condition and for hygiene reasons all items must be unopened. All returns must be returned with the invoice supplied. Refunds are only processed when the eBay claim has been resolved. To close a claim a reply must be sent to the email sent to yourself by eBay stating you sent the item back for a refund.

Please note that we are unable to offer a refund if you change your mind or due to a colour mismatch. However, we would be more than happy to exchange with another colour. If you are unsure of the colour you desire, please contact us for our colour matching service where you can send your hair snippet for us to match the colour.
