All returns/exchanges must be agreed in advance.
Please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of the day after receipt of the product, we will not accept unauthorized returns.
Goods must be unused and in original packaging when returned.
For faulty or damaged goods we will supply a replacement, or refund at our discretion. We will only pay for P&P in this instance. Any other refunds will incur a handling fee of 25% of sale price.
