Catches And Latches will provide customer with authroisation number and goods must be returned by the customer to Catches And Latches.  Upon receipt of the return Catches And Latches will despatch a replacement and refund return postal costs incurred or refund the product in full including original P&P plus postal costs incurred in the return. Catches And Latches can not be held responsible for any return lost in transit.
