THIS INDENTURE IS ON A SINGLE SHEET OF VELLUM AND HAS A DECORATIVELY PRINTED "THIS INDENTURE" INSIDE WHICH IS ALSO PRINTED "SOLD BY JAMES LOCKE STATIONER, INNER TEMPLE LANE, FLEET STREET, LONDON".
IT IS BETWEEN JAMES TRUSSELL of WOODHAM FERRIS, ESSEX of the first part and JOSEPH PATTISON the younger of MALDON, ESSEX
of the other part.
THE DOCUMENT IS A LEASE FOR A YEAR OF 9 CLOSES OF LAND CALLED FAMBRIDGE LANDS OR SKYLARKS IN THE PARISHES OF PURLEIGH AND STOW MARIES, ESSEX.
THERE ARE 2 BLUE, RATHER MARKED, REVENUE STAMPS AND ONE RED WAX SEAL.
Size. The document is approx. 25" wide x 21" high. Condition. In excellent condition with the usual folding creases. Payment. I am happy to accept personal cheques in sterling, euros or US dollars but will wait for them to clear before posting goods. Paypal also accepted but only in sterling.
Shipping. In addition to bid price, the buyer will also pay £2 uninsured postage and packing to the UK and £4 to other destinations.
