WE ACCEPT PAY PAL, PERSONAL CHEQUE, POSTAL ORDER, BANKERS DRAFT AND BANK WIRE TRANSFERS. (Personal cheques take 10 days to clear) .

ITEMS SOLD FOR ANY AMOUNT OVER £1,000 (one thousand pounds) MUST be paid for by BANK WIRE TRANSFER using IBAN and BIC.  Payments must be in British Pounds Sterling (BPS). All bank fees have to be paid by the sender. Our bank account information will be sent to you by email.

We will not use any escrow services, so please do not ask.

All our items are pictured very clearly and are guaranteed as described, and all our Descriptions and Schedules of Condition on each item are written in good faith. If any shipped item is proved by the purchaser not to be as described then a FULL REFUND OF THE ITEMS PURCHASE PRICE  excluding outward shipping costs will be made provided that the item is returned in its original condition.  We give a 7 day inspection period from the day the item is received by the buyer. Any item that you wish to return MUST have a return authorization number.  For your own protection buyers are advised to return any item in its original packaging as well as an appropriate recorded and adequately insured delivery method as we CANNOT be held liable and/or responsible for lost or damaged mail.

Please Note: We are unable to accept returns based solely on colour. We always try our best to present our items as close to the actual colour as possible but the colour does vary with different monitors.

We always check items thoroughly before sending and pack very securely. We use the ROYAL MAIL recorded signed for and Special Delivery Next Day in the UK. We use ROYAL MAIL signed for International and FEDEX for overseas shipping. This ensures we have a tracking number and in the unlikely event of it not being delivered we can locate the problem and solve it.

ALL ITEMS WE SEND ARE FULLY INSURED AND ALL ITEMS NEED A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY.

To help us, you MUST make any special requests at the same time you make your payment, otherwise, we cannot guarantee your request will be fulfilled because it might not get to your order prior to packaging or shipment.
