THIS SINGLE SHEET VELLUM INDENTURE (A LEASE FOR A YEAR) HAS AN ELABORATELY PRINTED "THIS INDENTURE" - INSIDE WHICH IS FOUND
"SOLD BY T. BROOKBANK, STATIONER at FURNIVALS INN".
THE INDENTURE IS BETWEEN JOSEPH COLLIN of BILLERICAY, ESSEX,
GEORGE GRAY and
JOHN FULLER of BLUNTS WALL in the parish of GREAT BURSTEAD, ESSEX of the one part and STEPHEN LEVITT of CHELMSFORD, linen draper of the other part.
THE DOCUMENT CONCERNS LAND IN STOW MARYES, ESSEX.
THERE IS ONE REVENUE STAMP IN THE UNUSUAL BROWN COLOUR AS WELL AS 3 VERY GOOD RED WAX SEALS AND WITNESSES' SIGNATURE ON THE VERSO.
Size. The document is approx. 22" wide x 19" high. Condition. Superb condition with the usual folding creases. Payment. I am happy to accept personal cheques in sterling, euros or US dollars but will wait for them to clear before posting goods. Paypal also accepted but only in sterling.
Shipping. In addition to bid price, the buyer will also pay £2 uninsured postage and packing to the UK and £4 to other destinations.
