THIS INDENTURE IS ENTIRELY HANDWRITTEN ON A SINGLE SHEET OF HEAVY PAPER AND IT IS BETWEEN EDMUND DARBY the elder of THE HILL in ROWLEY REGIS (here spelt Rejis) STAFFORDSHIRE of the first part and JOSEPH BISSELL the elder of the same parish
of the other part.
IT CONCERNS 6 COPYHOLD PASTURES IN ROWLEY REGIS KNOWN AS THE CROFT, THE OVER SLING, THE LITTLE PIECE, THE MEADOW PIECE, THE LITTLE STOCKINGS, THE TWO ACRES and THE FURTHER HILL.
ALSO NAMED IN THE DEED ARE THE 8 CHILDREN OF EDMUND DARBY.
THERE IS ONE IMPRESSED REVENUE STAMP, A PAPER DUTY STAMP AND ONE RED WAX SEAL.
Size. The document is approx. 27" wide x 19" high. Condition. Some cracks on folds but otherwise in excellent condition with the usual folding creases. Payment. I am happy to accept personal cheques in sterling, euros or US dollars but will wait for them to clear before posting goods. Paypal also accepted but only in sterling.
Shipping. In addition to bid price, the buyer will also pay £2 uninsured postage and packing to the UK and £4 to other destinations.
