Our online store, found at www.Createabar.co.uk, allows anyone in the UK  to easily order any item(s) from our product catalogue, without having to open an account, without imposing minimum order values, and with realistic delivery charges.

Since 2005 we have steadily expanded both our product range and customer base, supplying a vast portfolio of bars, pubs, hotels, restaurants and individuals across the UK with the equipment they require.

Postal fees for individual items are listed on the auction page of the item. These fees are for destinations within the UK only.

We cannot ship to locations outside of the UK, and so please do not bid if you require delivery elsewhere.

Our maximum postage fee for orders being delivered to mainland England, Scotland and Wales is £6.95, regardless of the order size. To take advantage of this discount, please purchase all items required and select the 'request total from seller' option. Please do not proceed to make payment until we have issued a discounted invoice. This usually takes just 1-2 working hours (8am-4pm), but may take up to 24hrs.

We are unable to refund postage over-payments.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a capped postal rate for deliveries to Jersery, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, any of the Scottish islands, or to any other destination not on the UK mainland. Postage fees for deliveries to these destinations will be combined automatically by ebay.

We aim to despatch all orders as soon as possible. The majority of orders are despatched within 1-2 days of cleared payment being received.

Purchases made using a cheque, or 'echeck' through paypal, shall be despatched only when payment has cleared.

Delivery times will vary, but are usually within 1-2 days from despatch.

In the unlikely event of an item being lost/delayed in the post, we must wait 14 working days, as specified by Royal Mail, in order to process a claim. Replacements cannot be issued until the original consignment has been located, or a successful claim with the courier has been made. Proof of postage is always obtained for our records.

We can only despatch orders to the address provided by ebay. If you require delivery to an alternative address, please update your ebay account to reflect this. Emails received post payment, or post completion of the ebay checkout process, requesting delivery to an alternative address cannot be actioned.

Ebay purchases can be paid for using PayPal, Cheque, or Postal Order. We can also accept UK issued credit/debit card payments, but only for orders placed on our website.
