WARRANTY & REPAIRS

Electronic City Wholesale offers a 12 months warranty on all new items sold. This warranty starts from the date of despatch. We are also pleased to offer a chargeable repair service for products that are out of the warranty period

Faulty products will be exchanged or repaired at our discretion. A repair and redelivery charge will be made for any goods found to have been misused. Any goods returned to us that are not found to be faulty will be returned to customer and a redelivery charge made, so please endeavour to check the goods fully before returning them

RETURNS

All goods are sold on a RTB (return to base) basis. This means that customers are responsible for returning goods to us at the buyer's expense. We do not operate a collection service

RESTOCKING CHARGES

For a period of 7 days, we will, at our discretion, consider taking back items that have been ordered in error or are unwanted. These goods must be in a re-saleable condition and returned with full packaging and all supplied accessories

Such goods cannot be resold as new and will be discounted when sold on. There will be a restocking charge levied to cover the lost value. This will be 20% of the purchase price plus the outgoing carriage charges
