17½p PCP/PVAD CB (X948) Cyl 1 dot

The 17½p pale chestnut on phosphorised paper was issued 30th January 1980. This is a cylinder block of six, cylinder 1 dot, perf type RE, cat £6.50 in the new SG Vol 4.

It is unmounted and in excellent condition (see scan). If you collect machin cylinders, there are more in my other items...
