We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Deals4E1.
However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, you must report it to us within 7 working days to qualify for a replacement.
If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Contact us through eBay and, in most cases, we will arrange for the item to be collected. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.
Once the item is received back, we'll issue a replacement. If you want a refund, we do not refund initial postage costs from sale, only goods value less a minimum restocking fee of 15%, via your original payment method.
Should a replacement item be unavailable Deals4E1 will offer an alternative product of the same or better specification. If this is not possible a full refund will be offered. If you decline the offer of an alternative item then Deals4E1 can only refund you the cost of the original item and not the initial postage costs.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault, to qualify for a replacement.
Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Contact us through eBay and, in most cases, we will arrange for the item to be collected.
Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement. Please note that any items returned to us which you claim to be faulty or incomplete are checked and verified by our technicians. Any returned items that are found not to be faulty or incomplete will be returned to you and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return carriage costs via your original payment method. If you want a refund, we do not refund initial postage costs from sale, only goods value less a minimum restocking fee of 15%, via your original payment method.

If you Change Your Mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. No requests for credit are accepted after 10 days.
The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense.
Once the item is received at Deals4E1, we will test the item and if found to be ‘as new’ and working we will then issue you a refund of the goods value less a minimum restocking fee of 15%, via your original payment method. We do not refund initial postage costs from sale, only goods value.
You are encouraged to use registered and/or insured carriage as Deals4E1 will not be held responsible for the loss of goods in transit to us. Please ensure that all items are adequately packaged as we are unable to exchange or refund any damaged items. |
