These are our standard postage conditions placed on EVERY sale. INTERNATIONAL buyers please check that the item is available for sale in your country and not just the UK.

WE MIGHT BE UNABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS CLOSE TO THE END OF THE AUCTION AS WE DO NOT ALWAYS CHECK MESSAGES DAILY. IF POSSIBLE PLEASE ASK THEM AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE SO THAT A REPLY CAN BE GIVEN.

WE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE MONEY OUT OF THE POSTAGE CHARGES AND THE COSTS REFLECT THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PLUS A SMALL ADDITION FOR  MATERIAL AND TRANSPORT.

WE WILL COMBINE POSTAGE FOR MULTIPLE WINS AND BUYERS CAN COLLECT IF MORE CONVENIENT FOR THEM.

• UK POST & PACKING RULES
• Items are  usually sent  Second Class and the price reflects this
• Items weighing in excess of 1 kilo are sent Royal Mail standard parcels
• High value items at our discretion are sent by Courier
• Goods that exceed the value of £32.00 MUST  be signed for and any additional postage costs will be added to the final total. This will be either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery depending on the size and/or value
• EUROPEAN POST AND PACKING
• We normally will only send by Airmail and all items that exceed £32.00 in value MUST be signed for and the additional postage/insurance will be added to the final total
• WORLDWIDE POST AND PACKING
• We normally will only send by Airmail  and all items that exceed £32.00 in value MUST be signed for and the additional postage/insurance will be added to the final total
• DELIVERY TIMES ( estimated by Royal Mail)
• UK Royal Mail First Class 2-3 days
• UK Royal Mail Second Class 3-5 days
• Airmail European 3-5 days
• Worldwide Airmail 5-7 days

We prefer payment by Paypal but will accept Cheques or Postal Orders ( UK Currency Only)

FEEDBACK – We leave Feedback as soon as it has been received from the buyer. This confirms that you have received your item and you are happy with it. We always leave Negative Feedback for Non-Payers.

DESPATCH CONDITIONS

 Please ensure you have read all of the above and be aware of the extra possible postage charges. For all Buyers we obtain a stamped Certificate of Posting which is retained for 2 months as proof of postage. If you require additional insurance please ask as this can be added onto the invoice. No responsibility will be accepted if goods of more than the values stated do not include Signed For delivery.

COMPLAINTS

All complaints will be speedily dealt with and we will try to resolve them to everyones satisfaction. Mistakes can and do happen from time to time  but before filing Negative Feedback please allow us the opportunity to rectify matters.
