16'x8' Canterbury Pergola and decking kit Nearly new

We bought this deck and pergola kit intending to construct it this summer in our garden, only to move house and not have a garden that we are able to put this up in.It is 16' x 8' and is made of tanalised timber.All the screws etc, posts and boards are included and while i do not have a printed version of the instructions i do have it in pdf on my email, so i will attach this to an email for the winner.Diagrams and instructions are comprehensive and easy to use.

It is now stored in our garage but during our move was left outside for a short while.The timber is still in A1 condition but a few pieces have a little green on them due to the lovely (wet) weather we have enjoyed this summer.However this should clean off, most of the timber is still wrapped in protective plastic, only a few pieces on the top of the pile have this colouring and only at the ends of the plank. I would recommend that the buyer give this a new coat of paint, although the wood is tannalised and comes with a lengthy guarentee wood will fair better and last longer for a coat of paint to protect it further.These planks and posts have NOT been drilled, it remians untouched.

We bought this set for £1500 brand new and i have set a sensible start price to reflect this but also with the green on some of the timber in mind.

Although it is winter we often have better weather now than we do in August and of course come summer decking prices will again sky rocket so get in now and grab a bagain.This will make a lovely area to sit out on in the summer or winter and is large enough to accomodate a table and chairs set, deckchairs and loungers with room to spare. The pergla section is ideal for growing climbing plants up, especially something as fragrant as jasmine or roses.

This is a reluctant sale as i had looked forward to sitting out on this myself but since we have taken on a long term lease and they do not wish us to construct this in the garden it will only gather cobwebs and seems a pity to waste.

Please ensure that your garden is large enough for this item before you bid, a) because you can't return it and b) because you will have to collect and will need a van to do so as the deck flooring is not in parts but single 16' ft planks.

I will attach a photo from the instructions that show what it looks like once built and add on phtots of the timber if possible asap, not very good with computers so will have to wait for hubby to come home and show me how.
