If you are unhappy with your purchase you must contact us with 24 hours of receipt by either telephone or e mail.

If the item is damaged we will cover return postage costs and replace the item on a like for like basis. If you wish to return the item for any other reason the return postage costs must be covered by the buyer.

If we do accept a return of the item, the parcel must be back with us within 3 working days of receipt. We recommend that when returning an item you use a track able method as we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post whilst being returned to us.
