The Krasnogorsk-3 windup cameras were made in the former Soviet Union.
The K-3 has been adopted by many film schools.
Its very popular with both beginning filmmakers and professionals.

The wide aperture zoom lens "Meteor-5-1" F=17-69mm, f/1:1.9
Focusing of the lens is from 2m, for closest distances can be used magnifying lens F=1734mm. At Instruction Manual You'll receive the special table which shows depth of sharpness according with lens focus distance, aperture and distance on the scale of the lens.
The half automatic aperture setting with the thru-the-lens (TTL) exposure-meter provides the high accuracy of the film exposition.
The parallaxless reflex viewfinder provides the complete correspondence of the field of sight with the shot frame, appearing on the movie film.
The matte screen provides the clearance setting control.
Adjustable sharpness of eyepiece.
The wide range of the filming frequency (8, 12, 16, 24, 32 and 48 frames per second) provides the wide possibilities for the trick shooting and animation.
The half-automatic film loading into the film track simplifiers and make it faster to prepare the camera for the work.
Film speed setting from 8 up to 250 ASA
Spring motor-drive works without any battery, one cocking provide 5m film winding
Power source is 1 cell RZ-55, it can be changed by any modern cell with same dimensions
